COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
We are here for you! In these challenging times, our online store is open and we're here to get you what you want. As of March 23, our physical store is temporarily closed due to Michigan's mandatory "Stay at Home" order. We'll be shipping your orders as usual but it is possible that it may take a day or two longer than normal as the shipping providers - USPS and UPS - also adjust to the changes happening nationwide. But fear not, we'll process and ship your order to you as quickly as we can!

Do you ship internationally?
We ship orders to all 50 of the United States and to other select countries. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us at [email protected] to find out if shipping is available and any applicable shipping charges.
What payment methods do you accept online?
For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, and Third Coast gift cards. We do not accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers. Credit cards that do not participate in the verification process will not be accepted.
Do I pay sales tax when I buy online?
If you live in the state of Michigan, you will pay state sales tax (6%). For customers outside Michigan, you won’t pay sales tax.
Did you get my online order? When will my order ship?
You'll receive a confirmation email soon after placing your order. Orders will be processed for shipment within 1 to 2 business days of receiving, not including weekends or holidays. If you have not received an order confirmation within one business day of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected] or 269-932-4575 ext. 1.
I ordered the wrong stuff, or I have another problem with my online order. What do I do?
No problem! Email us at [email protected] and we’ll get it taken care of as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy; if you are not completely satisfied for any reason and need to return something, please contact us at [email protected].
Your original sales receipt must accompany all returns. All refunds will be given in the same currency used for the purchase (i.e., a specific credit card, gift card, etc.). We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 calendar days after purchase of the product, or store credit (in the form of a gift card) within 30-60 days. Items must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition." The definition of "new, unaltered, and unused condition" is as follows:
- The item(s) show no sign of wear or damage in any way
- The item(s) must have all tags and be in original packaging, if applicable
- Excludes special or custom orders (no returns allowed)
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Items that are defective and shipped from us, or items that you did not order but received from us, will qualify for store credit (in the form of a gift card) or a refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (excluding wetsuits; see below) unless item was shipped from us as damaged, or defective, or incorrectly.

Free Returns & Exchanges on Wetsuits
We want you to get the right wetsuit for you, and in the best fitting size. If you receive your wetsuit and it doesn't fit correctly, we will pay for return shipping to us and happily exchange it for the correct size. To start an exchange or return, please email us at [email protected].
