The best customer service is Third Coast Surf Shop's top priority, so we take our shipping policy seriously. We want our customers to recieve their orders in great condition and in a timely manner. We offer FREE SHIPPING on most orders $49.00 or more to customers within the continental U.S. FREE SHIPPING will be via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail - to be determined by Third Coast Surf Shop.

Oversized items will not be included in our FREE SHIPPING policy. Please see our Oversized Items section below for details.

Express, or expedited, shipping will be paid in full by the customer.

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipped as soon as possible.

Most shipments are delivered 3-7 business days (Monday - Friday) after the order has been processed.

UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. Please use your physical address or choose the USPS shipping option.

If located in Canada, Alaska or Hawaii, please choose the USPS shipping option for least the expensive shipping.
International Shipping
- Third Coast Surf Shop ships all over the world. Upon checking out, you will be given the available shipping options for your country. If you have any problems, please email us at info@thirdcoastsurfshop.com.
- Estimated delivery time is 10 business days, though we cannot account for time spent in customs for your country. Third Coast Surf Shop is not responsible for duties, taxes or fees upon entry.
- A tracking number will be sent to you once your item has shipped.
- Oversized items may be subject to higher shipping fees. See our Oversized Items section below for details.
- Customs Brokers Fees to Canada are typically charged by the Canadian government and/or the Courier Service and must be paid by you once the package arrives. Third Coast Surf Shop cannot determine what these fees will be. We recommend that you check with your local customs office or post office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. These fees are not included in our shipping and handling rates. Delays at customs, while rare, can add up to two weeks to delivery time.
Oversized Items
Surfboards, stand up paddleboards, sup / surfboard bags, paddles, and certain other items are considered oversized and are not included in our FREE SHIPPING policy.

Shipping costs vary greatly depending on location and size of board.

Continental U.S.: Shipping costs start at $80 and up. The actual shipping rate will be determined after the order is placed. You may be contacted with a cost higher than that assessed upon checkout.

International/overseas: Shipping rates for shortboards are approximately $200-300 and longboards are approximately $300-$400. Please email info@thirdcoastsurfshop.com for details and shipping quotes.
Surfboard Bags and Other Oversized Items

International/overseas: Shipping costs vary greatly depending on location and size of bag. Although a shipping charge may be added upon checkout, we may email you with a more accurate cost. We will not ship until you confirm the cost.
