RETURN POLICY



High quality customer service is our top priority! We want you to be happy; if you are not completely satisfied for any reason and need to return something, please contact us at info@thirdcoastsurfshop.com or 269-932-4575 for more information.

Your original sales receipt must accompany all returns. All refunds will be given in the same currency used for the purchase (i.e., a specific credit card, check, etc.). Check refunds will be issued no less than 14 days after we receive the returned item(s).

We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product, or store credit within 30-60 days. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". The definition of "new, unaltered and unused condition" is as follows:

  • the item(s) show no sign of wear or damage in any way
  • the item(s) must have all tags and be in original packaging, if applicable
  • excludes special or custom orders

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately at info@thirdcoastsurfshop.com or 269-932-4575. Items that are defective and shipped from us, or items that you did not order but received from us, will qualify for store credit or a refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless item was shipped from us as damaged or defective.
