How do I return an item? RETURN POLICY
High quality customer service is our top priority! We want you to be happy; if you are not completely satisfied for any reason and need to return something, please contact customer service at info@thirdcoastsurfshop.com or 269-932-4575 for more information. Your original sales receipt must accompany all returns. All refunds will be given in the same currency used for the purchase (i.e., a specific credit card, check, etc.). Check refunds will be issued no less than 14 days after we receive the returned item(s). We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. After 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". The definition of "new, unaltered and unused condition" is as follows:
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact customer service immediately at info@thirdcoastsurfshop.com or 269-932-4575. Items that are defective and shipped from us, or items that you did not order but received from us, will qualify for store credit or a refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) when we receive them. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again, you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
