Tim Folkert's Migration Surfboards label is fairly new, but Tim's time spent building surfboards is not. A Holland, Michigan native who has been living in Santa Cruz, California for a handful of years, Tim has been working professionally as a surfboard sander/polisher for the esteemed Michel Junod - arguably one of California's finest surfboard shapers. Tim's experience has translated well into his own surfboards, and we are stoked to be able to sell them to fellow Great Lakes surfers. As a long time lake surfer himself, Tim knows what our waves are like and is building boards that will not only work well here, but anywhere in the world.

Clean lines define this 7'4 Single Bump, Round Pintail Quad fin egg. Easy entry rocker and a fairly wide outline will allow easy paddling and wave catching, while the pulled in tail and quad fin set will get up and go. Built using poly foam and poly resin, glassed with a pretty mint cut lap tint, and polished out to perfection, this is a board I am tempted to steal off the racks! Fins included.
